How We Operate

Before placing an order in our shop, we advise that you communicate your requirements to our support on email. The email handle is indicated at the footer of all pages on this website. All the RC's listed on our shop have already been transported to our warehouses which are located in several regions, facilitating our ability to serve and fill orders from USA, Canada, Europe and Australia, without having to deal with customs or international posting. We are not responsible for how you use our products and we recommend that you obtain more information from us about any specific products before trying them out for the first time. If you already have experience with a specific RC and want something similar, you can communicate your requirements with our support and we can provide pointers on RCs with similar compositions, structures and effects. We have made it a point to ensure that our support is highly available and responsive to inquiries on our RC's. We're also open to discussion on price flexibility for wholesale and bulk deals

How We Handle Shipping

Shipping lead times depend on where you're located at but a generalized rundown for different regions is included below. In order to insulate our clients from all hassles involving customs, we now maintain stock in New York (USA), Amsterdam (EU), Toronto (Canada) and Sydney (Australia):

USA & Canada

Shipping within USA and Canada would generally be done using USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, DHL or a 3rd party courier service.
Shipping options include overnight ($35) and regular ($25).
Discrete packaging options are available at an extra charge.
Orders shipped to USA would be shipped from New York.
Orders shipped to Canada would be shipped from Toronto

UK and EU

Shipping within the EU would generally be done using La Poste, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, PostNL, DHL or a 3rd party courier service.
Shipping options include overnight (€30) and regular (€20).
Discrete packaging options are available at an extra charge.
Orders shipped to Europe and the United Kingdom would be shipped from Amsterdam.

Australia

Shipping within Australia would generally be done using Australia Post, Toll, Sendle, TransDirect or a 3rd party courier service.
Shipping options include overnight ($35) and regular ($25).
Discrete packaging options are available at an extra charge.
Orders shipped in Australia would be shipped from Sydney.

We may ship from another location depending on the availability of the order items. If this is the case, we will duly inform you and further coordinate in order to ensure safe and secure shipment and delivery of the order in question. If you have any specific inquiries, you can reach us directly on email and we will send you a fast response within minutes.

We maintain general stock of these products listed on the shop. If you reach out to us by email, we may provide you with our private phone number for our representatives in your respective region if we find you to be a serious customer. Even though we take good care of our customers, we dread timewasters, fakes, or scammers trying to steal our photos or get free product. Please be aware of this before reaching out.
